We took our finished Chow Chow product and blended it up to make it a little easier to eat on hot dogs and brats. It is slightly sweeter too.
Ingredients: Cauliflower, cucumber, red & green pepper, pearl onion, vinegar, wheat flour, dry mustard, sugar, salt, turmeric, pickling spices (cinnamon chips, yellow mustard, brown mustard, dill seed, all spice, cloves, coriander seed, mace, black peppercorns, bay leaf, cardamon, whole chilies, ginger root)
16 oz. Keep refrigerated.
